You should try to rewatch relevant parts of this course throughout the profile-building process as some concepts will only start to make sense once you start to profile-build. You should also prioritize action and actively apply what you learn in this course by applying for relevant opportunities in your field and outreach to professionals in your field.
The answer to this question depends on where you are in your career. If you are a junior professional, you most likely do not have enough experience to claim an anchor criterion (typically leading or critical role or original contributions) but should still be working towards claiming the other criteria while you work towards developing a strong anchor criterion. A few hours a week focused on outreach to professionals in your field and applying for opportunities should be enough at your stage of profile-building. If you are a mid-career professional, this depends on whether you are able to claim an anchor criterion. If you are, you may be six months to two years away from filing so how much time you spend on profile-building will depend on how quickly you want to file for EB-1A. If you are a senior professional, you may potentially be able to claim not just an anchor criterion but other criteria as well, especially if you are highly sought after in your field. If this is the case, you may already have a strong enough profile to file for EB-1A so definitely get your profile evaluated by an experienced immigration lawyer. If you know you are still a few months away from filing as you still need to claim one or two more criteria, try to spend a few hours on pursuing opportunities that will help you meet say judge and media coverage.
